In a saucepan, combine vinegar, tomato juice, brown sugar,
mustard, salt, pepper, onions. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Then stir in
ketchup and Worcester sauce. Bring to a boil. Leftover sauce may be
refrigerated or frozen for later use.
