a few springs (1 tsp chopped)

Mix together dry spices and sugar. Add vinegar and salad oil
and blend well by shaking in a bottle. Blend in sieved yolks of hard-boiled
eggs. Add finely chopped green pepper, chopped pickled beetroot and chopped
parsley. Mix well and chill before serving. Excellent with hard-boiled eggs.
Serve with hard-boiled eggs and salads.
