French dressing (B) (4 litre) (30 -35 portions



Ingredients

Mustard
2 tbsp
Paprika
2 tbsp
Pepper
1 tbsp
Salad oil
2.36litre
Vinegar
1.18litre
Onion juice
4 tbsp


Mix together dry ingredients. Add oil, vinegar and onion juice. Put into a jar and shake well or heat well with an electric beater.
