Egg dip (100ml) (4 portions)



Ingredients

Eggs(hard-boiled)

Mayonnaise sauce
1/3 cup
Prepared mustard
2 tsp
Lime juice
1 – 1 ½ tsp
Worcester sauce
1 – 1 ½ tsp
Chilli sauce
a few drops
Crisp slices of fried bacon

Sieve hard-boiled egg. Mix other ingredients except bacon and beat to a smooth consistency. Just before serving, fold in crumbled bacon. Serve with water or salt biscuits.
