1 – 1 ½ tsp

Worcester sauce

Chilli sauce

a few drops

Crisp slices of fried bacon

Sieve hard-boiled egg. Mix other ingredients except bacon
and beat to a smooth consistency. Just before serving, fold in crumbled bacon.
Serve with water or salt biscuits.
