Prepare vegetables. Slice onions and saute in melted fat.
Add all the vegetables and a quarter of the potatoes thinly sliced. Add
seasoning and water and let it cook. When half-cooked add remaining potatoes
and halved hard-boiled eggs. Cook till potatoes are tender and serve hot.
