Prepare ladies fingers and parboil in salted water. Prepare a thick white sauce with flour, butter and milk. Heat fat and toss ladies fingers in fat. Cohere with the sauce and serve hot.

N. B.      115ml of cream can be added to every 590ml of milk used.
