Crab cheese dip (100ml) (4 -6 portions)



Ingredients

Milk
about 60ml
Lime juice
2 tsp
Worcester sauce
1 tsp
Garlic
1 flakes
Salt and pepper
to taste 
Crab meat cooked
115gms


Grate cheese. Put into a bowl. Add milk, a little at a time and cream well to get the consistency of cream cheese. Add lime juice, Worcester sauce, finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and finely chopped crab meat. Chill and serve with wafers, salt biscuits, cream crackers or pieces of freshly baked bread.
