Clean and grate carrots. Take out the white part of celery
and chop fine. Chop nuts. Wash lettuce and arrange in a circle around the salad
dish. Mix finely chopped pickled onions and mustard with mayonnaise. Mix
carrots, celery and nuts. Place in the centre.
