Refined flour

Season liver with salt and pepper. Heat fat, brown onions. Add liver and saute. Remove surplus fat. Add hot water. Cover and cook till tender. Add flour mixed with water to form a smooth paste. Bring to boil, add chopped parsley and keep in a moderate oven for 10 – 20 minutes.
