Boil milk, cocoa and butter and pour over breadcrumbs and
sugar. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes. Add beaten egg yolks and pour into
a greased pie dish and bake in a moderate oven till set (20-30 minutes). Whip
egg whites stiffly and add 2 tsp sugar. Spread on top of the pudding and brown
in a slow oven.
