Mutton chops with potato covering

Fat to fry (absorption)

Wash and clean chops. Beat with blunt side of knife. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a little fat. Fry sliced onions. Add chops and a little water and boil till chops are tender and no moisture is left. Make mashed potatoes. Cover chops. Coat with egg and breadcrumbs and deep fry.
