Roast red chillies and fenugreek seeds. Powder fine. Peel and cut cucumber into 2 “cubes. Soak tamarind in water; extract pulp. Heat the oil. Add mustard seeds and then powdered spices and turmeric. Fry well. Add tamarind, water, salt and cucumber pieces. Bring to boil. Simmer till cucumber is cooked.
