Navrattan Korma

Green cardamom powder

Fresh cream

Broken cashewnuts paste

Cherry

Kismis

to taste
Refined oil

Pomegranate (red)

Saffron (optional)

Heat oil until smoking point, add garlic paste and bayleaf. Add cashew paste, saute for 15 minutes on slow fire. Add water. Bring to boil. Add cardamom powder and fresh cream. Keep aside. Boil above mixed vegetable with a little water. Cook till tender. Heat the fresh cream and cooked vegetables. Add cashew gravy and mix it. Finish with saffron mixed in a little milk if used. Garnish with dry cherry and sauted kismis.
