Ingredients

Fat

Fenugreek leaves
a small bunch
Turmeric
¼ tsp
Tomatoes
115gms
Curds
50ml
Garlic
2 – 4 flakes
Salt
to taste


Wash, peel and quarter potatoes and place in cold water. Heat the fat. Brown chopped onions slightly. Clean and chop fenugreek leaves. Add turmeric and fenugreek leaves and continue frying. Add curds, chopped garlic, potatoes, salt and sufficient water to cook potatoes. Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for a few minutes longer.
