Sweet and Sour Prawns



















For making batter:

Ø  3 cups prawns
Ø  3 egg whites
Ø  Corn flour
Ø  Water

For Garnishing:

Ø  3 tblsp soya sauce
Ø  Light refined oil for frying
Ø  Sugar and vinegar to taste
Ø  1 cup spring onion

First make the batter and dip in prawns for some time. Then deep fry the prawns and keep them aside. Mix 2 tblsps of flour with 1 cup water. Heat a little refined oil in a pan. Then after adding sugar, deep brown it. Now lower the flame and add the flour. Pour water and again, bring to a boil. Then mix in salt and vinegar. Now throw in the spring onion and the meat and add a little of soya sauce. Serve it at once. Serve 6.
