Sponge Cake














Ø  115 gms  Refined flour
Ø  ¼ tsp baking pwd
Ø  115 gms  sugar
Ø  A few drops Vanilla essence
Ø  60 gms butter
Ø  2 no eggs

Method

·         Sieve flour with baking powder.
·         Powder sugar
·         Cream the butter and sugar very well,  till light and fluffy
·         Beat eggs, vanilla, flour and add the mixture gradually beating all the time
·         Fold in sieved flour
·         Put in prepared tin and bake at 190oC for 25 minutes.
