Ø 3 cups of prawns, shelled and sliced length wise
Ø 3 eggs
Ø 1 cup milk
Ø 1 ½ tbsp soya sauce
Ø 2 cups flour sifted with
Ø ½ tsp baking pwd
Nicely sift flour into a bowl and add the beaten egg, salt, prawns and soy sauce, and mix thoroughly. Add milk as the last item. Now heat oil and add in two to three teaspoonfuls of batter and fry on a medium flame till golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper. Put it in the serving bowl and sprinkle onions and coriander leaves and serve. Serve 4.
