Heat oil, break chillies to big pieces. First add urad dal, then
seeds and curry leaves and chillies. Also asafoetida. Now add khichidi lemon, a
chilli powder, turmeric and salt. Mix well and cook covered for 2 minutes
garnish with coriander.
