Mashed ripe bananas

Take a thick bottomed vessel and place all the ingredients in it.
Cook over a low fire stirring all the while. When the mixture starts leaving
the sides and forms a ball remove from the fire. Spread into a greased thali.
Cut into shapes while still hot. Cool and store.
