Make Curry Base. Add grated garlic, ginger, and chili peppers to
Base, and cook for a few seconds on low heat. Add spices (except Garam masala),
ground meat and peas. Mix well. Add water and bring to boil. Cook on low for 45
minutes. Serve hot with chapati.
