Mix cornflour, maida, egg, salt and enough water to make a
thick batter.
Heat oil and fry cauliflower florets dipped in a batter.
In a frying pan heat oil (2 tbsp) and saute chopped onions,
chillies, ginger, garlic and celery.
Finely add capsicum and saute for 5 minutes.
Now add soya sauce and saute for 5 minutes.
Add 1½ cup water, pepper powder, sugar and salt and let it
boil.
When the gravy starts thickening and reduced to half the
quantity, add the cauliflower and aginomotto and mix well.
