Big onion – cut in to big square pieces

Cashew nuts – soaked

50gms

Tomatoes – cut into medium pieces

Coriander leaves

In pan, cook onion pieces and khus khus with 1 cup of water.
Grind this along with soaked cashew nuts into a paste.
Grind 50gms of coriander leaves with 3 tomatoes and 2 tsp
pepper powder into a paste.
Heat oil and fry ginger garlic paste. Add chilli powder, coriander powder and
turmeric powder and saute until raw smell goes.
Add chicken pieces and saute for 5 minutes. Add ½ cup water
and salt and cook with the lid closed.
When the chicken is done, add the onion paste and garam
masala powder and simmer for 5 minutes.
