Cluster Beans Curry (Gori Chikkudukai Koora)














Ingredients

Cluster beans
¼ kg
Oil
1 tbsp
Chilli powder
1 tsp
Black mustard seeds
½ tsp
Bengal gram dal
½ tsp
Curry leaves
1 stem
Sugar
½ tsp
Ground coconut
2 tbsp
Salt
to taste 


Chop beans into small pieces. Boil with salt and a little water.

Fry mustard seeds, bengal gram dal, and curry leaves. Add beans and chilli powder. Stir.

Sprinkle with coconut and sugar. Stir until dry.
