Chick Pea And Wheat Sprout Salad




Ingredients

Pineapple
1 slice
Wheat sprouts
100gms
Chick peas sprouts
100gms
Spring onion – chopped fine
50gms
Ground nuts – roasted
10gms
Coriander leaves or parsley – chopped fine
20gms

For the seasoning:


Lemon juice
2 tsp (10ml)
Chilli powder (optional)
½ tsp
Freshly ground pepper powder
½ tsp
Salt
to taste


Cut the cucumbers, tomatoes and pineapple slice into bite-sized pieces. Mix sprouts with the cucumber, tomato, pineapple, spring onion and groundnuts in a bowl. Add lime juice, chilli powder, pepper and salt. Toss well. Garnish with coriander leaves or parsley.
