Chapli Kabob















Ingredients

Finely minced beef
½ kg
Onion chopped
1 medium
Salt
to taste
Ginger paste

Crushed cumin
1 tsp
Crushed red chilli
1 tsp
Coriander seeds
1 tsp
Eggs

Dried seeds of pomegranate
1 tsp
Green chillies chopped
2 to3
Fresh coriander leaves
½ cup
Tomato
1 large
Small onion sliced and fried till brown

Lemon juice or vinegar
1 tsp
Corn meal
200gms


Make an omelet with the 2 eggs seasoned with salt and black pepper to taste. Fry omelet very thinly and then slice it into small pieces.

Add all the ingredients to the mince meat and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Then make into flat pattis and fry in a little oil.
