(A very tasty and easy to prepare side dish which has a high
nutritional value.)
Peel and grate the carrots coarsely. Crush peanuts with a wooden
pestle or rolling pin. Mix garlic, green chilli and salt and crush to a pulp.
Beat the curd until smooth and stir in the garlic mixture. Add the carrots,
peanuts, sugar and coriander leaves (if using) and mix thoroughly.
