Bubur Pulup Hitam




Ingredients

Black sticky rice
100gms
Water
400ml
Palm sugar
4 tbsp (60g)
Cinnamon
6 cm
Salt
to taste  
Pandan leaf
40cm
Ginger – julienne
8 cm
Thick coconut milk
18 tbsp (120ml)


Wash and soak the rice for about one hour. Bring the water to a boil. Add palm sugar, cinnamon, salt, pandan leaf and ginger. Add the rice and cook for about 30 minutes or until done. When cooked, put in a serving bowl. Sprinkle a little palm sugar and coconut milk over it. Serve hot or cold.
