Boil and mash potatoes. Boil and chop carrots and peas. Mince onions and celery, chop capsicum finely. Mix chopped vegetables, onions, celery and capsicum with mashed potatoes. Add lime juice, pepper and salt. Shape into cutlets, dip first in flour then in egg and breadcrumbs and deep fry. Serve hot with tomato sauce
