Pancake with coconut filling

Sieve together flour and salt into a bowl. Make a well in the centre. Add beaten egg yolk and milk. Add sugar. Beat well to form a smooth batter and let in stand for an hour. Whisk egg white stiffly. Fold into batter and prepare pancakes, cooking only on one side. Put in the filling and roll.

Filling:

 Scrape coconut. Add sugar and crushed cardamoms.
