Cook potatoes, carrots, onions and peas separately. Dice cooked potatoes, carrots, onions and fresh tomatoes. Stir in the peas and butter. Beat the eggs with the seasoning. Stir into the cheese sauce. Add prepared vegetables to sauce. Turn into greased casserole dish. Bake for half an hour in a moderate oven.
