Ingredients

Quantity
Rice flour (raw rice flour)
½ kg
Parboiled rice flour
½ kg
Split black gram flour
¼ kg
Coconut
1
Salt
1 tsp approx.
Fat or oil for frying



Mix the rice flour, gram flour and salt and make a dough using coconut milk or water. Leave it for about 12 hours. Make small balls and roll like poories. Fry in hot oil.

N. B.      A little powdered sugar may be mixed with the flour, if desired.
