Split black gram
100gms
Salt

Toddy



Soak rice and gram separately and keep it overnight. Drain and grind rice and gram to a paste, using toddy. Add salt. Leave it for some time to ferment. Grate coconut fine and add to the mixture. Add a little water and mix it well to pouring consistency. Pour into moulds and steam. Eat with chicken curry.
