Make a fairly thin batter with gram flour, turmeric, salt
and water. Heat the oil, add mustard seeds. When they crackle, add chopped
onions and green chillies and saute. Add the gram flour mixture, cocum and
chilli powder. Stir till mixture become dry (about 15 to 20 minutes). Serve
hot.
