Clean and cut meat even sized pieces. Smear over with chilli
powder and salt. Slice onions. Roast and powder fennel. Grate and extract
coconut milk. Heat the oil. Saute sliced onions. Add meat and fry. Add coconut
milk. Cover and cook till meat is tender and dry. Sprinkle prepared fennel
powder. Remove from fire immediately.
