Boil and mince meat. Peel, boil and mash potatoes with a
little milk. Mince onions, saute in a little fat. Mix with mutton. Add
seasoning and chopped parsley. Make a roll of the mutton mixture and cover with
mashed potatoes. Coat with egg and breadcrumbs and deep fry. Serve hot with
tomato sauce.
