Prepare a sugar of one-string consistency. Add finely grated
coconut. Add finely grated coconut. Stir till thick. Add powdered cardamoms.
Remove from fire and spread half on a greased slab. Add pink colouring to
remaining portion and spread over the first layer. Roll out evenly. Make into
squares when still hot. Cut when cold and tin.
