Chicken pepper fry














Ingredients

For 6 to 8
Chicken
1 small
Onions
2
Curry leaves
a few
Salt
to taste 
Oil
3 tbsp

For grinding:


Turmeric
½ tsp (3gms)
Chilli powder
1 tsp (5gms)
Peppercorns
2 tsp (7gms)
Cumin
1 tsp (5gms)
Ginger
2.5cm (1”) piece ( 12gms)
Garlic
8 flakes


Wash chicken pieces and cook in half a cup of water, adding salt and the ground spices, till tender. Fry chopped onion and curry leaves in oil till golden brown. Add the cooked chicken and fry for five minutes.
