Chicken Masala















Ingredients

For 6 to 8
Chicken (fryer)
1
Cumin
1 tsp
Red chillies (remove seeds)

Ginger
2.5cm (1”) piece
Coriander
2 tsp
Turmeric
½ tsp
Garlic
6 cloves
Vinegar
½ cup
Salt
to taste 
Fat for frying



Grind the coriander, chilli, turmeric, garlic, ginger and cumin together with salt and vinegar. Clean and joint the chicken. Mix well with the ground ingredients. Allow to stand for 1 hour. Fry in 2 tbsp fat; sprinkle water and cook covered till chicken is tender and there is no gravy. Serve hot.
