Ingredients

Chicken
800gms (1)
Green chillies

Garlic
2 pods
Ginger
5cm. (2”) piece
Onion (large)

Cumin
1 tsp
Pepper
2 tsp
Salt
to taste 
Fat
50gms
Vinegar
1 tbsp


Grind spices and salt with vinegar. Apply over jointed chicken. Set aside for 1 hour. Heat the fat. Add chicken and fry over slow fire. Cook covered till chicken is tender and fat floats on top.
