Chicken cafreal















Ingredients

For 6 to 8
Chicken

Ginger
1” piece
Garlic
½ pod
Coriander leaves
½ bunch
Cinnamon
1” (pcs)
Cardamoms

Cloves

Green chillies

Black pepper
to taste 
Salt
to taste 
Oil
for frying (30 ml)
Butter
50gms
Soya sauce
1 tsp
Lime
1
Vinegar
1 tbsp


Clean and cut chicken into from the backbone. Make gashes on the chicken. Wash, keep aside, apply salt, lime vinegar and soya sauce. Grind dry ingredients along with coriander leaves. Apply ground masala on chicken along with butter. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry chicken. Keep a small lid on the vessel and weight it down with a heavy weight. Reduce heat and cook for ½ hours, if necessary keep basting with stock of chicken.
