Beat eggs and mix in sugar, add half a spoon of fat. Add
milk and flour slowly into the mixture mixing it with a wooden spoon to prevent
lumps. Add charoli essence and cardamom and nutmeg powder. Mix well and bring
it to a dropping consistency. Keep batter for one hour. Heat a frying pan, add
one round spoon of batter and spread it thinly. Cook on slow fire, turn and
cook the other side. Repeat till all the batter is used up. Fold into half or
quarter and serve.
