Canadian cheese soup














Ingredients

For 4
Chicken stock
1 litre
Flour
30gms
Milk
300ml
Cheese
100gms
Shredded carrot
45gms ( ½ cup)
Thinly sliced celery
30gms ( ½ cup)
Onions (chopped)
20gms ( ½ cup)


Add vegetables to stock. Cover and cook for 10 – 12 minutes or till tender. Blend the flour in 1 cup milk. Add to vegetables mixture. Add another cup of milk and cook till thickened. Add grated cheese and stir until melted.
