Bread uppuma















Ingredients

Onions

Green chillies
10gms
Lime

Mustard
¼ tsp (1gm)
Turmeric
¼ tsp (1gm)
Salt
5 to 7gms
Sugar

Fat
20gms


Cut the bread in very small cubes. Heat the fat, add mustard, turmeric, chopped onions and green chillies. Saute. Add bread cubes. Sprinkle water if required and cook covered for 10 to 12 minutes. Add salt, a pinch of sugar and lime juice. Mix well, cook for 2 to 3 minutes more and remove.
