Shell prawns and remove intestines, wash well. Rub some salt
on prawns. Keep aside. Grind garlic, ginger and green chillies. Heat oil, fry
chopped onions, ground garlic and ginger, chilli powder, coriander powder and
curry leaves. Add prawns and chopped tomatoes, cook on a slow fire. Grate
coconut and extract milk (thick). When prawns are cooked, add vinegar and
coconut milk. bring to boil and remove. Serve hot with rice.
