Wash, clean and cut meat. Wash and break cauliflower into
flowerettes. Peel and sliced onions. Crush ginger. Heat the fat. Fry sliced
onions. When brown add meat, turmeric, coriander powder and ginger. Fry well on
a slow fire. Add chopped tomatoes and beaten curds. When tomatoes are cooked,
add cauliflower, chilli powder and salt. Mix well and cook gently till mutton
and cauliflower are well cooked. Simmer till all liquid is reduced and serve
hot.
