Clean and cut meat. Grind spice using vinegar. Smear spices
on meat and set aside 2 to 3 hours. Heat the fat. Add remaining vinegar and
more water if required. When three-fourths done, add potatoes peeled and cut
into quartered chopped tomatoes. Add salt. Remove when meat and vegetables are
tender.
