Lobster curry (A)

Vinegar

Boil live lobsters. Remove the meat from tail, claws and body. Chop onion, garlic, green chillies and ginger. Grind remaining spices. Heat the fat. Fry chopped ingredients. Add lobsters and ground spices. Continue frying for 2 or 3 minutes longer. Add vinegar, water, salt and let it simmer till cooked.
