Clean fish. Wash well. Finely chop onions and garlic. Heat
the oil and fry. Add chopped tomatoes and fry for another 5 – 10 minutes. Add
shell fish. Close lid and cook for 10 minutes. Add water, turmeric, black
pepper, vinegar and salt. Cover and cook for a further 15 minutes.
