Shell prawns. Remove intestines. Wash well. Apply salt and
set aside. Grind together red chillies, coriander, turmeric, garlic, cumin,
ginger and coconut to a fine paste. Slice onion. Heat the oil and fry. Add
spices and fry. Add water, slit green chillies and mango. Cook for five minutes
and then add prawns. Cook till prawns are done.
