Grate and grind coconut to a fine paste. Chop green chillies and ginger. Beat curds well. Add ground coconut, green chillies and ginger. Add salt, mix well. Heat the oil. Add curry leaves and mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds crackle add to the curds mixture. Mix well.
